Growing fast, and still a great place to work

The past year has been one of the busiest in our history.  Since November 2025:

• We’ve grown from 170 to 416 people
• We’ve grown from 16 to 26 offices
• Many of our new colleagues have joined us through firms that chose to become part of Nuvo

Growth at that pace can put pressure on the things that make a place good to work.  Our people have made sure it hasn’t.  Everyone at Nuvo has worked a four-day week since 2022, and 5% of the business is held in an Employee Benefit Trust for all employees.

Why it matters

For our people, it’s independent recognition of the place they’ve helped to build.  It’s also a commitment from us to keep investing in it.

For our clients, it means the people looking after their business are supported, developed and here for the long term.

For business owners thinking about the future of their firm, it answers one of the first questions they ask us.  What happens to my team?  The Accounting Excellence judges have given an independent answer.

What comes next

We’re not treating this as a finish line.  We’ll keep growing, and our aim is to make sure that the bigger we get, the better a place to work we become.
