What this means if you work with us
Recognition is nice. But it only matters if it says something real about the firm looking after your business.
Being shortlisted against the best of the accountancy profession and against the best businesses in the region tells you the same thing from two directions: what we’re building goes well beyond compliance. It’s a firm with the depth, the people, and the processes to handle the day-to-day seamlessly — so the people who know your numbers have the time to sit alongside you and focus on what actually moves your business forward.
The two Employer of the Year shortlistings tell their own story. They’re not about strategy — they’re about our people. Our four-day working week, our Employee Benefit Trust, and staff retention well below the industry average mean the team looking after your business is engaged, invested, and here for the long term. When it comes to the people who know your numbers, consistency counts.
And all of this sits inside a bigger ambition: to build a £100m business services group that stays genuinely good to work with, and genuinely good to be a client of, the whole way there.
What happens next
The East Midlands winners will be announced at the ceremony on 15 October in Nottingham with the Accounting Excellence Awards being announced on 29th September in London. We’ll share how we get on — but win or not, being named alongside this company is something the whole team has earned.
