Founded six years ago by Managing Director Alison, Align People HR is an Aberdeen-based consultancy offering proactive HR services to small businesses with fewer than 50 staff. Alison’s passion for small businesses comes from her own experience scaling a consultancy from a small team to over 200 people. Her understanding of growing pains, people strategy, and business culture is what sets Align apart.
