Previously known as Acumen Accountants and Advisors Limited, our Aberdeen-based partners have been part of the Nuvo network since last year. As of May 2025, they’ll adopt the Nuvo name, joining our other regional teams across the UK in a more connected, unified way.
What This Means
For clients, it means seamless continuity. You’ll still work with the same people and receive the same great service. The change brings Acumen fully under the Nuvo brand, with updated contact details, aligned branding, and even closer collaboration across our locations.
For the Nuvo group, it reflects our continued investment in regional talent, tailored service, and consistent standards nationwide.

Nuvo Scotland is one of the most established accountancy firms in Aberdeen, serving Scottish businesses with decades of experience. Formerly Acumen, they offer comprehensive services including tax advice, payroll, bookkeeping, management accounts, and audit.
A Culture-First Approach
We’re especially excited that the Nuvo Scotland team will be trialling a 4-day working week starting June 2025. As a group, we believe in flexible, people-first cultures, and this is a great example of that in action.
